SDF -> SLC

 On June 23rd, we flew out to Utah for a long, summer visit. We flew out of Louisville, yet again.

Our flight left in the afternoon, so I put Steve in charge of finding us something fun to do in the morning. He decided we should go to the Jim Beam distillery. Excellent choice!
 We took a tour of the property. This is the Jim Beam family home.
 This is the smallest, WORKING distillery in the nation.
 A set up of how the bourbon was made in the olden days.
 Then we went into the barn where they age the bourbon.
 Barrels of bourbon.
 In order for it to be a bourbon, it has to meet these quotients.
 Then we went to the tasting. They had us try the Booker's which is supposedly their best bourbon.
 Steve giving it a smell.
 The Booker's was 130 proof!
 After the tour, we went to the airport. Our flights were uneventful, other than the fact that I forgot to assign us seats together so we didn't sit next to each other from Louisville to Denver.

I always get really excited when I can see Timpanogos!
 Utah Valley, home away from home.
